Welcome to Roberts Farm Shop by confirming your purchase, you accept that these terms and conditions form the basis of a contract between Roberts Farm Shop and yourself. A contract does not exist until we have received and accepted your order and payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, a binding contract is established.

You agree to abide by our safety rules for your enjoyment and well-being.

Pre-Booking Required

Entry must be pre-booked, and you should arrive at your specified arrival time. Unfortunately, we cannot allow entry before your scheduled time. Please do not attempt to access the event until your pre-booked time. For specific details please refer to the individual event booking.

Pricing

All prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of applicable taxes. Once your payment is completed, ticket prices will not increase. Prices displayed are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards, but not AMEX.

Pre-Booking Recommendations

All guests are encouraged to pre-book their admission. Ensure you receive your email confirmation and be prepared to present it upon arrival, either on your device or as a printout.

Cancellations and Refunds for Ticketed Events

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations. Tickets may be transferable at our discretion to an alternative date or time with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your booked arrival time. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee a date change.

For cancellations on our part due to any pandemic, foot and mouth disease, e-coli, local or national lockdown, or other environmental issues necessitating closure, we cannot offer refunds. However, we will provide a gift voucher equivalent to the value of your booking, valid for one year from the date of issue.

Roberts Farm Shop reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including date, time, or location. Ticket holders will be notified via the email provided at the time of purchase regarding any such changes.

In the event of a cancellation or significant change to the event by ourselves, we will provide ticket holders with the option to receive a full refund or transfer their tickets to a rescheduled date if available.

Arrival at the Event

It is essential to arrive promptly for your booked time. If you arrive early, please wait in your car or visit the farm shop until your session begins. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

Once purchased, online tickets may not be combined with any other offers. Discounts or promotions are offered for limited quantities and periods only.

Some events may have specific age restrictions. Please refer to the event details for more information. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to enter and supervised at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse your entry if we feel you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, in these circumstances you will not be eligible for any refund and your ticket price will be forfeited.

Roberts Farm Shop is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Parking

Free onsite parking is available for all event attendees.

Overnight parking is strictly prohibited.

Vehicles are left at the owner's risk. Roberts Farm Shop accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while on the premises.

Photographs & Filming

Roberts Farm Shop may take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in such materials.

 

Roberts Farm Shop reserves the right to refuse entry. Unacceptable behaviour, aggression, and violence towards staff or customers will not be tolerated.
